The Cleric is a Beast

The Cleric Beast is an optional boss in the Bloodborne game.

He was once a high-ranking minister of the Church of Healing, who turned into a terrible monster as a result of his illness. Now it is a huge horned creature that emits a terrifying scream that makes the blood run cold. A very strong and agile opponent, capable of inflicting huge damage with his paws or jumping on the hunter, pinning him down with all his body weight.

The monster guards a large bridge leading from Central Yarnam to the Cathedral District, and for most players will be the first boss in the game. One way or another, the hunter will have to cross the bridge to get to the main boss of the location, but you can skip the meeting with the monster, that is, do not go beyond the gate of the bridge, guarded by a troll and a couple of crows. The shortest way to this place from the first lamp of the location is through the right gate, to the descent onto the Central Yarnam Street teeming with crowds of infected people. It leads to a square with a huge bonfire, on which local Jarnamites burn captured monsters. The main gate behind the square is closed, and the only passage is on the left side of the street (from the square up the stairs and then along the side terrace through the open gate). There is a square with a fountain outside the gate. You need to go to the opposite side of it and then up the stairs. Dogs and several locals are waiting for the hunter in the courtyards, coming down the stairs. The stairs lead to the bridge, at the end of which the boss lives.

On the way to it, the player will have to face two lycanthropes and the aforementioned troll in the company of crows. On the first visit, the boss arena will be empty, and the monster will jump onto the bridge from the balcony of the Cathedral District when the hunter approaches the locked gate.
