Judge Dredd

Judge Dredd is a simple character, he is the law. He spends every free minute of his life on the streets. He has no secret identity, no time for that, and has never been seen without a helmet. After a day and night of crime fighting, Dredd returns to the Palace of Justice for 10 minutes to sleep in the sleeping car. He then returns to work, where he fights the ongoing crimes in this dystopian future. One thing sets Dredd apart from other street crime fighters is that he doesn't miss a single crime. While he's dealing with all the crazy threats that threaten the city and its citizens, he's also threatening the citizens, even if they commit the most minor crimes. The future is harsh, as is the law. Dredd questions his role in this harsh regime from time to time, sympathizes with mutants or citizens' pleas for freedom, but he is a product of the insane times he lives in, and he is devoted to the law.
