Krang


A character from the "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" series

Very little is known about Krang's past. All that is known for certain is that a few years before the events of the pilot episode of the animated series, he and two of his henchmen, Drakuz and Shrek, decided to conquer Dimension X, their home planetary system. To do this, Krang created stone soldiers, organosilicon creatures covered with stone armor, and Drakuz developed a powerful self—propelled fortress called the technodrome. Some time later, Krang decided to get rid of his assistants and become the sole ruler of Dimension X. But for some reason, he failed, and he was severely punished - he was sent into exile on planet Earth. In one episode, 7 of his clones appeared with bodies that later mutated into tall classic SF monsters with a tail and a protruding nose.

On Earth, Krang meets Shredder and provides him with high-tech equipment. In exchange, he demanded a new android body from Shredder, but Shredder was in no hurry to fulfill the promise, fearing that Krang would betray him. However, after making sure that he could not do without Krang's help, he nevertheless created a body for him — huge and unwieldy, but very powerful.

Throughout the animated series, Krang dreamed of taking over the Earth, but his plans were constantly thwarted due to the interference of the Turtles. In season 8, the Turtles managed to send Krang's fortress machine technodrome back to Dimension X, while Shredder and Krang remained on Earth. Krang's android body was damaged, and he was using a special walker. But soon Krang and Shredder returned to the technodrome, where they again fought with the Turtles. In the battle, the technodrome's engines were destroyed, and he was stuck in Dimension X forever, thus ending Krang's hopes of conquering Earth. Krang and Shredder spent two years in Dimension X until they met with Lord Dregg, who invited them to return to Earth to fight the Turtles, but betrayed them. In the end, the Turtles destroy Dregg's plans and send Shredder and Krang back to Dimension X. At the end of Season 10, the Turtles traveled to Dimension X to retrieve Krang's android body from the technodrome to fight Lord Dregg. Krang and Shredder were not at the technodrome, but it is assumed that they were somewhere in Dimension X.
