Thus, an alchemist, if he applies his science and philosophy well, becomes a true benefactor to nature, which he helps to develop faster.

This is the meaning of transmutations, this is what in many cases is called gold. Gold is a symbol of perfection, the highest point of development, the same as the Sun. Everything must return to its original source, to its purpose. Everything has to become perfect, everything has to come to its highest point."
