Leman Russ

Leman Russ is one of the twenty Primarchs. Also known as the Wolf King or the Great Wolf.

Of all the primarchs of the Legiones Astartes, few were as mysterious and legendary as Leman Russ, lord of the Space Wolves and lord of the icy world of death Fenris. To some, he was just a savage and cruel leader with the power of a god, one of the Emperor's "monsters", as terrifying and inhuman in his own way as the fear-crazed Night Ghost or the bloody berserker Angron. To others, he was an incomparable commander, immensely ferocious, but also absolutely loyal, unwavering and resolute on the battlefield, and as callous to enemies as the murderous winter frost of his world. Perhaps both points of view were correct to a certain extent, but no one knew the whole truth. Because, despite the undoubted savagery of Leman Russ, the bestial nature that distinguished him from his brothers, he, despite the barbaric appearance and self-awareness of his legion, also possessed wisdom, the degree of which few people guessed, which made him doubly dangerous.
