Talon employee Moira O'doran is a brilliant scientist, but not everyone approves of her methods. She conducts research at the cutting edge of genetic science and is looking for ways to manipulate the cellular structure of living organisms.

About ten years ago, O'doran made a splash by publishing a rather controversial scientific paper on the methodological foundations of her genetic research related to DNA modification at the cellular level. Her promising research could help in the fight against various diseases and in unlocking new possibilities of the human body.

Soon there was a split in the ranks of her colleagues. Many considered O'doran's research dangerous and ethically unacceptable. She was even accused of following the idea of uncontrolled scientific progress and of unleashing a crisis that later led to the Rise of the Machines. Other geneticists failed to replicate the results of the experiments described by Moira, which further led them to doubt her discoveries. As a result, her scientific publication damaged her professional reputation rather than brought her fame.

Help came from an unexpected source. Blackwatch, the secret division of Overwatch, invited her to continue working on the latest weapons and technologies for this organization. Her collaboration with Overwatch was kept under great secrecy, especially in light of the Venice incident. Many Overwatch executives subsequently stated that they had no information about her involvement in the organization.

After Overwatch disbanded, O'doran had to find new sources of funding for his research. This time, the scientific community of Oasis came to her rescue. Nevertheless, there are rumors that she actually receives financial support from the secret organization Talon, which is ready to sponsor her research in order to use the results to their advantage.

O'doran is ready to make any sacrifice for the sake of science, although many of her studies are still unknown to the scientific community. However, now she is not held back by any conventions, and soon the whole world will know about her.
