Warboss

Warboss (aka vaivoda, voennoboss, boss) is the highest position in the big Waaagh! orcs, he is always the biggest, strongest and most cunning orc in a particular group of these creatures, so he gets the best armor and weapons.
He is easily distinguished among his subordinates due to his important appearance and more than three meters tall. According to its nature, the more successful a Warboss is, the bigger it is.

In battle, a Warboss often leads his tribe directly and is a force to be reckoned with. Warboss are usually accompanied by a group of Nobs, Gretchin Ammo carriers, and Combat Squigs, which makes them even more dangerous in combat.

If a Warboss is killed, the biggest Nob in the tribe takes his place, usually only after he has firmly established order in the tribe and proclaimed himself the new Warboss. This works quite effectively outside of battle, as there is time for dueling and challenging rivals, however, during battle, orcs sometimes attack each other because of this, killing any cohesion between tribes that the previous Warboss had established. Many Ork incursions have been repelled thanks to the killing of Warboss and a quick counterattack, but this option is far from ideal in a war with greenskins.
